I definitely recommend Keegan if you're looking for a coach that listens, understands and works with you whatever your level may be. I started coaching with Keegan a year ago after feeling let down by other coaches. He's positive, knows how to motivate and challenge me and really listens and understands the challenges I face. He's helping me break through barriers such as new personal records and believing I am capable of doing it.

If you're looking for a coach who wants to get to know you as a person and is just as interested in your physiological wellbeing along with your physical health, Keegan is the coach for you. Keegan has built up my confidence and endurance whilst understanding my reservations about using some of the gym equipment and has helped me find the fun exercise. Im not someone who has ever been into going to the gym and the thoughts of weights would have previously had me heading for the exit.

I would thoroughly recommend anyone (older or younger) to work with Keegan-he is patient, professional and very knowledgable. My son Sam began his coaching journey with Keegan back in the summer of 2021. He had knee problems and as a football players was frustrated that he had to keep taking time out. Keegan built programs for strengthening the muscles surrounding his knee as well as looking at his overall fitness, posture and improving full body strength. He did this in a slow consistent manner to better develop technique and increase strength without injury. He has taught him so much already with his patience and knowledge.
